• Natural Lighting: Optimized daylight penetration reduces energy consumption and enhances visual comfort, embodying the principles of environmental design.
• Energy Efficiency: Low-energy artificial lighting (500-600 lux) balances energy savings with user comfort.

To monitor indoor quality, Air Quality Sensors track pollutants like CO2 and particulate matter, ensuring a safe and well-being-focused environment.
