Machines through AI multiply our capabilities. They make us fast and more productive. A single person with the right AI tool can now do the work by several people.

Anyone can subscribe to a premium AI service that promises to be many times our creative output, but they cannot buy that deep, fundamental knowing of what is good creation and what is not. AI cannot automate good taste and ethical judgement.

An example is bad taste in fashion. Bad taste does not become good taste just because the person is wearing expensive AI-generated clothes. Multiple AI-generated variations of mediocrity is still mediocrity. A million perfectly-rendered automated wrong choices are still wrong choices.

We can automate production, or distribution, or optimization, but if we do not have that core understanding of a deep sense of quality that comes from the inherent source of knowing what is good and what is bad, then we are just building a faster assembly line for mediocrity.

We cannot automate good taste as good taste cannot be downloaded or purchased or faked.
