Aga Khan Award for Architecture (1996) – Menara Mesiniaga, Malaysia

The iconic Menara Mesiniaga, won the Aga Khan Award for Architecture in 1996, stands as a testament to our vision for green skyscrapers. Designed with passive cooling strategies, green terraces, and energy-efficient features, it remains a pioneering example of sustainable architecture.
This award highlights our early commitment to merging tropical architecture in Malaysia with high-tech green solutions—well ahead of its time in the 1990s!

AIA International Region Design Awards (2014) – Solaris at Fusionopolis, Singapore

Solaris at Fusionopolis in Singapore showcases our expertise in green commercial design, featuring an extensive nature-integrated facade that is accessible for scheduled maintenance, along with sky gardens and daylight-optimized interiors. The low-energy mixed-mode atrium includes an operable glass louver system, which automatically opens during good weather and closes in inclement conditions to enhance natural ventilation.
Winning the AIA International Region Design Award in 2014 highlights its success as a benchmark for energy-efficient and user-centric workspace design and architecture, supporting green urbanism efforts globally.

Green Building Index Gold (2012) – CelcomDigi Hub, Malaysia

CelcomDigi Hub (formerly DiGi Technology Operation Centre) in Selangor, Malaysia, was awarded the Green Building Index Gold certification for its low-energy consumption, advanced shading systems, and natural interior ventilation. This project highlights our expertise in designing high-performance office buildings that align with global sustainability goals, at a time when Malaysian corporations were beginning to embrace sustainability.

BCA Green Mark Platinum (2009) – National Library, Singapore

Singapore’s National Library earned the BCA Green Mark Platinum certification for its climate-responsive design, intelligent daylight control, and energy-efficient strategies.
