    The building is a 21-storeys tower consists of 3 levels of carparking, 1 level of common facilities and 17-storeys of apartments. The tower are orientated north-south for maximization of use and as the best solar orientation. The Penthouse are tiered as stepping terraces which overlook the park, and is covered by signature canopy for the tower.
